Registration reserves a single slot for your team and includes scheduling, match coordination, and leaderboard placement. Each team can register up to four player UIDs — double-check that UIDs are accurate and correspond to active player accounts to avoid eligibility issues. After submitting your registration, you will be redirected to a secure payment gateway to complete the entry fee. Keep the payment confirmation ID and any email receipt you receive; these are required if you request an invoice or support. Payments are processed externally for security reasons and will be verified by our backend system before your registration is finalised. If you require an invoice, mention your billing name and email when registering or contact our support team after payment. Refunds are granted only under specific conditions defined in the tournament policy; approved refunds may take a few business days to process depending on the payment provider and bank. For urgent issues, message us on WhatsApp with your team name, registrant name, and payment ID for faster assistance.
